Aurora Trujillo is a Taos native from Taos Pueblo and Arroyo Hondo, NM.
She received her Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Public Health Policy &
Management in 2015 from the University of Arizona, and worked previously with a
coalition as the Coordinator of the Santa Fe Prevention Alliance. She has also worked as
a research assistant with the Native Nations Institute with the U of A, and published a paper in the Journal of Primary Prevention as the 3rd author with the Center for American Indian Resilience. She enjoys running, outdoor
